I am currently an Organizational Psychologist for the National Business Research Institute. Prior to that, I held various academic positions around the work. In addition, I received my Ph.D. in Social Psychology and M.S. in Management and Psychology at the University of Florida, and my B.S. in Psychology at the Florida State University. My research interests include leadership, impression management, personality, and methodology.
